Your information on Mr. Herrick's previous 2004 record is incorrect...He was not sentenced 3 1/2 -10 years for bank robberies. Please do your reseacrh before printing incorrect information.

boy you commented that only idiots and scum do this stuff to begin with well perhaps you should check up on some facts. more people from all walks of life get involved and then do terrible things. One day you may wake up and find that it has taken over someone in your family then your tune will change. I personally know mark and he is not an idiot nor is he scum.

Herrick is the classic example of the popular but dumb high school bully/jock who cannot adapt to life after graduation. The guy is barely literate and it's surprising that he did actually graduate. I was lookinng forward to seeing him at the next high school reunion...I guess I won't be able to see him again unless it's the local news, COPS, or a trip to the correctional facility. I hope this loser never sees freedom again. His little daughter would be better off never knowing him...much like the rest of us.
