Pedestrian dies a week after being hit by Buffalo snowplow

Like anyone else would just happen to know how to drive a plow?

Buffalo: City of lazy bastards. Guess what? Unless your Sick or Old, & the snow on the walk or hydrant in front of your house isn't removed, you are a LOWLIFE, PERIOD. There are people in this city who take pride in not owning a shovel.Every house (Not Vacant) that has not been shoveled yet, usually belongs to the "NEW" people moving into "OUR" neighborhoods. Who relocate every 5 months, because thats how long it takes to evict them. Pedestran who was hit by a plow didn't have a choice, however,dumbells sill walk in the street in the Summer too, just to be obstructional.

as far as the story goes.......... the drivers wing man that night stayed behind in the shop to sweep up, and the drivers girlfriend decided to take the wheel of the plow that night. whats wrong with this city? please for the sake of the greiving family dont let the city cover this one up. u wont have to dig to deep to find the facts on this one.. plus i already gave u a headstart. im caqlling for action

Reply: Oh I am sure Al will on top of this one. This ws my exact concern in Blasdell yes a suburb that will not enforce clearing of sidewlaks the main violators businesses and non owner occupied properties. They take te money never fix them up and shovel and then blame the tenant. Not everone who rents is bad. As for the poor sole, I fear this happening to a child in Blasdell and if it does, Cellino and Barnes needs to be on the matter becuase surely this is a definite million dollar event. Why is everyone so lazy when it comes to shoveling their walks. Another issue is the plows push what one shovels back onto the walks. There has to be a better way. If it were not for Al Vaughters and WIVB we would all be up sh....s creek.

Man i grew up on the east side of buffalo and could not wait till it snowed. I was able as a kid to make so much money going from door to door asking who wanted their sidewlaks shoveled. Where is this today???

Wow! If that is true about the girlfriend driving. No wonder they want to cover it up. What a strange twist on this horrible tragedy!

really dont care about my english, just wanted to get the facts out in the public. it would be a shame to let anyone cover this up. time will tell that this isnt a rumor. everyone needs to know the truth, not just a couple of city officials who want to cover this up.

The city of Buffalo is so corrupt. If what's being said about the drivers girlfriend operating the plow, then they should both be in jail for vehicular manslaughter. What happened to Allen Andrew is a tragedy. For the person who posts the racist remarks, grow up. How would you feel if it was a white person who had been hit, and someone wrote racist posts.
