After months of training, the Virginia National Guard's special response force has received validation to provide support in the event of an attack with a weapon of mass destruction.

Great! A few well trained men in the right place, and with the right equipment could help against a sneak attack via the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay, or a weapon brought through it in a cargo ship.
We need air power that can respond in minutes, not hours ... and special people!
