Yeah it will take 12 to 15 years to top out. Many top out at $16. You'll be dead and sad by then. Blessed by the sun, your on crack or LSD. I worked there. If the vibes get really bad or too much union talk, they may have BBQ or burgers and give you a t shirt. Your selling your soul to the sun devil for a shirt and burger!
The ones who kinda like it there have been there since they opened, when they got free insurance and better pay, cross training raises, better yearly raises. They are being phase out of the free insurance though. Company picnic was BEECH BEND LAST YEAR, NOT HOLIDAY WORLD, saving sun alot. Caterer at bend sucked, burgers must have been rat meat mixed with detergent spills, saved up just for us dumb employyes to eat.
They used to give away alot of damaged but mostly stopped, now they throw it away or give to charity. Management still gets it though.
I worked in the whose, rumored for years that many supervisors and leads had pallets of detergent in their garages and barns.
One forklift op loaded many pallets into Scott lees trailer, happen all the time with supervisors, etc. There was alot of theft but new I'm system cuts that down, but damaged is still stolen by supervisors, etc.
Yes Loretta is tight with bobby Harris and likes to tattle....
Bill mock SR used to fill his trunk with damaged and always said he's taking it to church! Yeah right. Hear bill mock Jr is a bigger jerk than his dad, that's why maintenance is always needing someone, he runs them off like the bird flu.
I think they would stay open if bg went union, maybe be forced to fire some leads, supervisors etc. That aren't needed anyway. Family time is important, so is getting some holidays off.
We were forced to work in whose during some holidays, while local freight companies were closed, not picking up anything. Mostly we swept and cleaned, while buildings around us were closed.
Stay away, they suck.
