The chances are slim that someone missing a purchase is going to look for it on Topix. They are going to go back to the last place they remember seeing it. You could even take it to JCP and if it was a credit card or check purchase they could have contacted the owner.

I would have appreciated it, if you had given it to a mall security guard. Your pretty pathetic for stealing it, but I won't hold it against you if you give it back tomorrow. My niece is married to a mall cop, so don't pull any fast ones.

Clearly this person made a bad judgement call to not leave it with mall security, but obviously they weren't trying to steal it or they wouldn't be trying to find the owner. Also, a 4yr old with a nerf gun is scarier than a mall cop, although I doubt your niece could have done better considering her blood line.

Mall cops aren't to be messed with and will snap a neck if anyone messes with them like the black boy found out last month. Crazy 8 has survaliance video, so it's all on tape no matter whether they are being sincere about returning it. My niece busts her ass 12 hours a day at the malls watching ur inbred kids.
