My husband had surgery on his spine Wednesday. He was going in to have a disk removed. During the course of his operation Dr. Wood discovered a very rare condition on his spine. Dr. Wood stated that he has never seen the condition before. If left untreated he could possibly be paralyzed. I am very grateful that Dr. Wood corrected my husband's spine. He was walking on Thurday and able to leave the hospital today (Friday). Gog bless you Dr. Wood!

I worked at gvh when dr wood first started and can genuinely say he is a blessing to bg! I dealt with his patients on a daily basis when they came through for post op treatment and they all say his praises. My husband is facing major back surgery and wo dr Wood, we would be goin to nashville! Whatever u do, STAY AWAY FROM DR TALEGHANI!

Do NOT get me started on Taleghani! What an f'in ass. Rude, mean, hateful...I'm thinking little man syndrome. He looks like a troll!
There is no excuse for the way he treats people. Word got out about him in BG so he had to move to Nashville. Sad little troll.

Big mistake. All these referring docs send their patients to their buddies. They can tell you whatever they want because they know you are going to believe whatever they say. They're all crooked.

I had severe spinal cord compression and was having trouble walking. I was scheduled for emergency surgery in Nashville but my surgeon moved the surgery to the next day. Dr. Wood saw me immediately even though he was out of the office. By 6 pm my problem was fixed and I was walking 6 hours after surgery. He was a total professional and is very kind. Recommend without question. No need to go to Nashville!

No no no no no! Please listen! Very high infection rate particularly with back surgeries (because you're open longer). This I know as a professional. Personally I know that he did neck surgery on my stepdaughter, did NOT fix the problem, then accused her of seeking drugs and disability. Come right out and ask for his outcomes documentation. Check with Greenview's surgery dept. They have to keep documentation on him and hus surgeries. I hope this isn't too late.

Taleghani is an ahole to those he works with but competent, which is more than I can say for the OTHER Dr. Yeah he is so nice to patients but they have no idea what goes on during their surgery.
