i don't hate to say it, but "Geeze" you really haven't felt the rath of afni yet, obviously. i am also a floor rep and i can really understand what AFNI SUCKS & gal_axi are sayin. i guess you haven't had any instances where you have had a medical emergency or forced to take a schedule you couldn't really adhere to, b/c if you had.. then you may know a little more about what you are saying. trust in this.. afni is full of it**********

also, to mr./ms. redneck hater.. you must work @ mickey d's because they absolutely do not start out at the same pay rate. afni starts out @$9.00/hr. No mickey d's in Ky. starts out at that much for a non manager position. duh!

I'm sure everyone who's made it out of training has felt the "rath" of Afni. I've just had many other jobs, that were far worse.. that make me appreciate Afni.

If the job is worth 11 bucks an hour, that's what they should pay. If people will take 11 bucks to do that job, then that's what it should pay.

The plan you need to have is to get enough job skills that you are worth more than that.

Well let's just say that in my situation, there are people getting paid more hired on in my dept who had no experience NONE!! Believe me, I have talked to them, So come up with something else.

Nobody gives you anything. You have to earn it.

If you're making a wage that is what your skills are worth, you should be able to get that wage someplace else and move on.

It sucks...I am single parent and lets face it pleasing the customers is hard but it can be done..I have been there for over three years...mainly because of the money and my schedule is good and OT at times...the management is bullll and the rules are bullll...if u love afni than that is prob because u kiss ass and love your sup...u prob are 80 years old...the reason why i do not like afni is not because of the standards because we all can meet those.....but its how tey treat us in NEC.....we are trash and more trash...they love and always have loved all the other departments...the other dept are smaller and turn over is not great so its easier for them to meet all thier goals and get all the goods.....with nec...the TO is so great with all the new and half the time u have no idea how to handle a call for at least a year if u had my training.... and the managers and the NEW HR is sneeky....they fired tish...why i ahve no idea...I heard today Beth Miller in payroll got a subpeona at work.....Beth miller is sneaky and tells your business......the new HR just tries to fire u......Alot of people who have gotten fired have been mistreated......
they move us around and complain....only the reps who kiss ass get reconized...i got First call and a 90 quality last week....My name did not go acorss no board nor was there a email....of course not because I am nt one of those snotty dummies who are always off the phone because they are on the commitee.....
if u need a job and can getover all the dumb shit them work at afni....if u let shit get to then dont...
I gained 80 lbs working there and prob do need therapy tooo....
