"Why is marijuana dangerous?"

Please discuss why you think marijuana is dangerous.

Marijuana isnt dangerous!You know there are no deaths each year reported of marijuana use!Hell tylenol and regular asprin cause about 7500 deaths a year plus what about alcohol and prescription pills them and tobacco are our 3 major killers if anything marijuana makes people happy and hungry!!When have you ever really heard of someone smokeing marijuana and going crazy never!They need to legallize marijuana and tax it !!!

I agree big rick. I dont smoke pot anymore but the day I can walk into a minute mart and say "I wanna pack of pot" will be the day I start back.

Just watched a show call 'Marijuana Inc: Inside America's Pot Industry' One guy on there said he paid taxes to the state in the amount of $300,000/yr and paid fed taxes to the sum of $500,000-$600,000/yr.
Sounds like a good idea to get the state and the country out of debt?!?

For the people against it....Why are you against it? It is natural comes from the earth. Better yet more people against it are 'God' fearing people, your 'god' put it here.

Now coke, meth, even prescription pain pills are man made they NEVER need to be made 'legal'.

Alcohol is legal yet people die from it or are killed by people who par-take in it!

Hell smoke a blunt and try to drive, you think you're going 55mph but you're really going 25mph. Get drunk and drive you think you're going 55mph and are probably going 75mph.

I agree with Patrick and Big Rick Marijuana is not dangerous and it should be made legal!We could tax it and help the econmy and create some jobs.Alcohol is 50 times worse than marijuana.

I use to be a cop never have smoked marijuana,but i dont feel its dangerous.Even other officers i know have never had any problems out of someone who smokes pot.Now the meth is way different thats really dangerous stuff that shouldnt be over looked!Meth heads and crackheads are the ones who give you trouble!

The only way the legislation is going to change is if people start writing letters and educating those around them as to why it isn't dangerous.

I agree mystery, people do need to work together and get marijuana legal its always going to be here.We need to legallize it and tax it like tobacco.

If its so dangerous,tell me to why it is:??!!Because ive never herad or seen anyone be dangerous over smokeing marijuana!It should be legal.

Yes it is the cure all, I would like for medical use to be legal , I am suffering so much pain sometimes that this is better than the morphine or other hard drugs they want us to take, would much rather have a natural herb.

WRONG!!! They know it's not dangerous just like ALL of America knows! Once they figure out how to TAX it properly, then it will be legal! They are already doing it in California. Also have to see how much money would be 'lost' in court with its legalization. But with cases getting backed up with all these methheads, I'd say it's well on it's way!

I don't feel that Pot is dangerous and yes I use it. I have arthritis really bad and it stops the pain almost completely. When God made all living things they were put there for a purpose. Maybe Pot was put here for a natural pain killer? I know I would probably be in deep depression from the pain I suffer if not for the "Natural Drug"!

I do beleive we had Galbraith and Woody Harrelson drumming up the pro activists several years ago! People were writing and doing alot of valid research for the movement!! Hmmm, wonder what happened? And I never said anything about anyone 'smoking' pot!! But tell us ALL again o great one the proper steps so we can legally be prescibed marijuana!!

I had a uncle who never smoked pot,but he did tobacco and died of cancer.Before he died he hadnt eatin in 3 days one time and he smoked some pot,and said that was the best he had felt in two years.Plus he ate 3 plates of food that night!He also said he would have rather had pot than all the other drugs they had him on.It does help alot of people around the world cope with pain.Its also not as bad as some of the bible thumpers and polticians want people to believe.When our goverment figures out how to tax it they will.Heck our goverment grows it now in mississippi but a regular citizen does there ready to lock you up its sad our goverment can do what they want!
