Death Of Holdenville 2-Year-Old Ruled A Homicide

I am the Childs aunt. It HAS NOT been ruled a homicide!!!! Yes it is under investigation because he's a child, the medical examiner also said It was most likely caused by CPR that was performed! Please leave my family alone so we can grieve the loss of our precious baby boy!!! </3

The medical examiner's office needs to address the public about the autopsy more then likely it was ruled a homicide before the facts about CPR was known. It's a shame they don't publicly apologize so this family could grieve in peace. They would rather have the heat put on an innocent family then admit they made a mistake.

I don't want to appear rude, but you are mistake. The Shawnee paper does say the medical examiner's office said it was ruled a homicide on Tuesday, but on Wednesday they changed it to pending but by then the damage had already been done. Now they are just trying to cover their tracks. It also says any Childs death is investigated as a homicide. You should really read all the words written instead of being bias.

FYI, The medical Examiner is called to any unattended death. which is if you don't die in a hospital or in front of a medical professional. all deaths are investigated as homicide. as for those of you who wish to point fingers and judge instead of showing some campassion. that baby was guaranteed heaven, you are not. so maybe you should get to know God and then pray that you never feel the pain of loosing a child.

To the Family, i know your pain all too well and i am praying for you all. may God give you the strength to survive this. i love you but most important God loves you.

Yeah, and some have brought back the bath salt to introduce to the ones who don't know about it. According to a girl in Penn., it is in the elementary schools there. It is legal for children to buy in some states. I took a video on my phone to drug court to show them the effects of that stuff. THEY were amazed. Can't be arrested because it's legal. Chief Wardlow saw it in action. I was there. No arrest because he could pass a drug test. It is disgusting how everything anyone does turns up as a sentence to drug court. Let me see here, how does someone on probation for Robbery get charged with 2 new felonies(one has nothing to do with drugs) and 3 new misdemeanors, go to court and the punishment is drug court? IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!!!! Who in their right mind thinks that is going to keep them from doing something else when they know all they got to do is be able to do is keep the money coming in. What A CROCK!!
