I thought the constable served papers???????? and he really should have gave his name and badge number no matter the circumstances. thats the only beef i see.

Sounds like on old man wanted to see what getting shot feels like...That'll make all the crapbags in this county think twice about getting out of line. Bottom line, if you don't think that you'll get shot when you pop off a round at the good guys, I beg you to think again! It's not a game.

Maybe you should be a stand up guy and let someone take potshots at you. That would probably change your mind. As sad as the situation was, they had no choice and should not be blamed.

When law enforcement responds to a call they don't always have the priviledge of knowing the age of the person on the other end of the call. When someone is shooting at you it doesn't make any difference how old that person is. That bullet coming at you isn't about age once it leaves that weapon. Just because he was 70 doesn't mean that he wouldn't shoot you dead.

I think this lady had a chip on her shoulders already. Evident by watching the video! She knew she would probably get served papers by someone. Why have a camera ready to roll? How many of us would do that? When you have large dogs inside of a tall chain linked fence who are you trying to keep out? THe man serving the papers or trying to hide something? Why didn't she meet the cop at the gate and just take the dang papers? I'm not trying to defend Hollywood on this, just saying the lady appeared to be looking for a confrontation.
