Ok I agree that we should have drug testing but Alcohol? Yes our community leaders should be held to a higher standard and yes they should attempt to set an example but alcohol is a legal substance and no I dont drink.

Our revolving door legal system is a joke! Ross will have to deal with all the consequences of his behavior through that legal system. The only harm done was probably to his wallet. It doesn't change my opinion of him at all. I don't think you should overlook all the good things he has done in this community because of one small incident that affects no one but him. Unless you are sitting on a jury, who are we to cast judgement? Hang in there Ross. Tell everyone who thinks bad of you to "kiss your buns"!

Tim Cole had to resign after he was busted for DWI and unlawful weapon charges in Okla. But after that serious butt whoppin' Mark put on him I understand why he packin' a gun. So Ross will have to go too, it's not right to kick Tim out and let Ross stay.

Hold on a minute Doug Page was accused but never convicted so you are right about the part on innocent until proven guilty. If you are going to post information about someone have your facts right and do not slander someone until it is true. The facts are in that Doug is not even going to have a trial because there was no evidence. It was not witnessed by anyone, it was overheard by people in different rooms! Doug did not assault his exwife if anyone is guilty she is for coming to a Firehouse and starting shit! She has done plenty unlawful things in the past that warrant an arrest but Doug chose not to press charges! Doug was innocent that day!

I have never in my life encountered a family that has so much drama between family members. It absolutely amazes me and many others.

I wonder if the corporate office that owns Independence Hall know what kind of drama is continuously taking place at their retirement home amongst the director, her family and her employees.

Independence Hall is supposed to be a sanctuary where our senior citizens can live in peace and quiet and enjoy themselves with a lifestyle they all deserve and pay big money for.

In the meantime, the drama queens of this particular family continue to disrupt the lives of the residents and staff by holding their family feuds onsite of this premise.

I wonder if the corporate offices realize how many family members are employed there by the director. Hmmm...what's that phone number?

By the way, this isn't second-hand information regarding my comment above, I witnessed this while visiting my loved ones on numerous occasions. Yall should be ashamed!

1st off, it is called "Senior Residence" not Independence Hall (which is owned by Bowie Hospital). Yes that family has ALOT of drama, but I guess it is their own business. Alot of good changes has happen at the "Senior Residence"

If they want to keep "their" drama to themselves, then they need to keep the drama out of the public forum, do it at home or better yet, STOP THE DRAMA and move on...that would be a "good change"!
