Thank you. I'm hoping it will be over sooner than what they are saying. This a been a major tragic in our family and I will say this about myself, I have to go to counseling every two weeks to deal with this. You know it is funny how someone wants to trash somebody on here, it does not make a da-- what your past or present is. To hear this is saying you agree that what has happend to Bobby was justified. i think your just about as sick and twisted as the ones that killed him. No one has the right to take another human beings life, and over drugs is just stupied like I said before he may be gone but there still out the drugs and the money, and now there facing a life time in prison or being killed themseleves, so now ask them if it was worth it?
If I were part of the family of Bobby I would not want them dead that is to easy let them spend the rest of there lives behind bars.
And I am sure that the family of the accused would say it was not worth it either.
To hear you make a comment about someone that may be trying to change there life around is just shallow on your part, no matter how bad a persons past is, you should be happy that they are growing, sounds like the ones that are in prision should do a little changing as well.
Because even if you feel they are innocent, there past lead them to this point so I am sure there is no halow over there head either,

Your right. I least I'm trying to better myself own my own. I don't have no judge sitting there telling what I got to do or need to do. I am already doing it.The main reason why I decided to go to BACK to college is because I knew if I didn't do something with my life I knew I would be in jail. So I'm taking my anger out in my school work. I learned that I couldn't do anything to change the fact that those guys killed my brother. For everyone's info when I graduated high school in 2002 I went to Floyd College for Paralegal. I really haven't change my major. That was before I got in to drugs.

Innocent people dont wake up one morning and say to them selves" where can I find me a drug dealer to waste today". its the one that chooses to make his mark with thugs that gets destroyed by the same people that he fell in with. Robert Timms OWED a lot of money to some serious mainline dealers and they sunk him in the well. Its as simple as that.

Why hide behind a different name the Place Blame. It is obvious who you are. Just as it is obvious the these two idiots are going to spend the rest of their days behind bars.

You know that makes me feel so much better to know that someone in law inforcement could care less that this was done to a human being, and that I have you to protect me.. I will sleep much better.
I am in no way saying that Bobby was an angel, but noone deserves a death like this, and as a law inforcer it is your job to get the drug dealers off the streets. So your saying he was trash so what the He-- one less piece to worry about.
Since you know just who did this why have you not bothered to have them put away. I have children whom I would like to keep safe, so do your job and get the drug dealers put away before they cause someone else to be depended on there life style. They don't care where there money comes from, it might be in your kids school, and your child might end up in a well one day!
I don't know of any one that wakes up one morning and says today I am going to try drugs, there are some that can try them and walk away others have not got the will power to overcome them. There are Doctors that practice medicane every day that get hooked on them, however they do it the legal way, so I guess there are trash with a degree?

That is where you are wrong. You have no clue if he owned anyone or not. You are not a person that was around him nor in the area he was in. Everyone is trying to make it look like one thing to get your friends off the hook. BUT lets say if that was true, then MM and KF should be in jail because that means them two were drug dealers and Bobby owned them money. Everyone who say they know MM and KF they say neither one done drugs. It doesn't make sense. I really think everyone should get their stories straight if you are going to tell one. I now think a lot of different ways. Going to school to be an investigator has given me the knowledge about crimes and the way a criminal really thinks.

I believe MM and KF are innocent and the real killers are still selling drugs to our children. I really wish you people would learn to spell and some grammar. You really make all of us look bad.

Not me, the point is--there are 2 innocent men in jail and 1 innocent man deceased for NO REASON--has everyone lost sight of that--quit casting stones--see the facts at the trial--everyone will feel pain of being lied to at the hands of those we trust and you will see what that means at trial!!

When I post I am usually mad, I don't know MM or KF so I am trying not to lay blame on either one of them. I do get mad that Bobby is being trashed, only because that does not justify what has happened to him. The drug that is on the street now has taken many lives and also ruined many lives so the law needs to put more focus on getting it off the streets,
Like PLACE BLAME has said every one has lost sight of the post, Everyone wants this to be over. I know Bobbys family will not rest until they have closer or I know I would'nt and the two they are holding, also have family that will be glad for this to be over as well. Nothing will bring Bobby back but to have the killers locked away will let Bobby rest in piece, and if the 2 they have are found not to have been involved then maybe the law will look for the real killers.
From what I read they think they have the right ones so my guess is at this point and time they are not looking for anyone else?
My heart goes at to all involved, I would not what to be on either side, because I am sure both families are going thru He-- To me a little kindness from both sides would be nice..

THank you Pam for the neutral side on the matter-unfortunately Bobby's family has been fed nothing but BS- and yes everyone involved is hurting but none more than Bobby who lost his life and mm and kf who has been sitting in jail for a crime they had nothing to do with-- this is injustice for bobby and i hope haunts "law enforcers" who locked up mm and kf and who are not looking for the real killer(s)--the more days that pass decreases the opportunity of catching the real killer(s). That is proven fact-but evidently that is not something that is not cared about in this case--or these two men would not be where they are right now. Trust me when I saw if I am that neck of the woods ever again I would think twice before I called law enforcement to help me--hell I do not want to be accused of something.

I think it would take more than a little schooling to be able to become a seasoned investigator and figure out how a criminal really thinks.
