Two Charged for Dumping Body in Well

Hi everyone,
I guess it is safe to say that there has not been a trial as of yet? I was hoping that someone would post when it was set.
I would also like to say my heart goes out to all the family members on both sides, if they are convicted just think there family can still see them as for Bobby's family someone took that right away from them. Thats what is wrong with the world today, just not enough love.
If someone killed him over money or drugs that is such a shame, because they still don't have either one.
Noone has said how the law found the body I know they did not just come across it, and the only thing I know is what I have read in the paper because I have not went to any of the hearings either, I guess all this will come out in court, I did find out where the well was and it was an awful feeling to be there, I can only hope that Bobby was already dead before they put him in there and I do hope that whoever did this dreams of this every night. It is so hard for me to believe there are some cold hearted people in the world...

I just wanted to add that Jimmy Wright, some of you may know him, his family also believed in him, but in the end I guess you could say he plead guilty, he took a plea bargin he took life without parole to keep from being sent to death row, somehow I think if I were inisent i don't think I could just stay in prison for the rest of my life?

One of the suspects, kenneth Folsom, told them where to find the body. He has already confessed, but is trieng to have his confession retracted. MM was the shooter. As much as I would like to see these 2 given the hot shot. I think life without parole would be fitting considering their age. They would be locked up for a very long time.

No, it is truth...not yapping, no need to. It is just merely facts given.

They did not find the body because folsom told. They had the body before any of that. So that is definitely not true. Some woman called into the police station and told them where they find him before he was ever discovered to be missing...Does that make sense?? Not to me..if you want to think mm and kf had something to do with it. Ask why mm and kf were being due to evidence but the gun they have was not the murder weapon, funny, huh!?! "They had the body before any of that". So you are saying that kenneth confessed. And please tell us why they are being held in jail with no evidence against them? All either one of need is an alibi for the time of the murder, and they would be at home right now.

Please explain to me how they find someone before they are reported missing and if that is the case how come it took them several weeks before they retrieved the body, or maybe I am missing something. I knew Bobby but not his family and I don't know mm and kf but something has tied this case to them and I know it has to be more than mm and Bobby being friends because I am sure Booby had more friends than the two of them.
Don't get me wrong I am not trying them but reading this forum does not bring out what the families know and hear at the hearing, no matter how crooked the law may be it is hard for me to believe they just pulled them out of air without something or someone sending them that direction.

The trial has been moved to June. There is no actual date but I will be posting when there is one. It was moved so they can have the Jimmy Wright trial and other issues that can only be talked about with me on the phone.

I know that kenneth did not tell the police where to find the body. I know that a woman called the police station to tell them where the body was. The date the was made was on 07-19-07. There was a missing report done on 06-19-07. Some of your so called facts are not true. I know the truth. I have talked to the people that will be on the stand to tell what happened that night. Before you start your yapping you need to find the truth yourself. Everyone will see that they did this when court comes.

You are right. I know how everything that happened. I don't know why no one wants to contact me about the truth. If you hard what will be said in court you would be sick. Unless everyone is just scared to know the truth.

Not trying to piss anyone off... But I knew Bobby in school and I knew some of his family, and they where all pieces of sh*t, it wasn't his fault how he turned out b/c his mom and dad were trash... Also I think this was going to happen sooner or later for the simple fact that he owed some very pissed off people a lot of money... He shouldn't have been envolved with those idiots......
