What a shock! Brunette is not complying with his terms of release. What a waste of time for law enforcement to try and find this guy when there is so much crime for them to deal with everyday.

I had a feeling that was going to happen, especially since he didn't agree with the terms the first time. He just wanted out of jail.

Okay guys, I hate to be the one to have to defend the legal system, but the constitutoin provides that unless this guy is a flight risk or a danger to the community he has to be allowed bail. I am a dog owner and love animal and dislike the courts or law enforcment, but I am a found supporter of the constitution . In that manner I am a lot like Justice Scalia. Unfortunately, if we adjust the meaning of the constitution at will, this country would be worse off then it all ready is. In the old days well Deer Creek is a remote area and the good old boys would have taken care of this without the need of the police.

Maybe he's running his dogs off-leash at It's Beach and Lighthouse Field.

Jeff Almquist went to college with Dubya Bush! No wonder both of them are making such STUPID decisions. Just remember that, when this recycled ex-stupidvisor is up for re-election on the ballot. You are NOT obligated to vote for these judges in a knee-jerk fashion...

And we're supposed to be surprised about this?

We ALL knew this would happen. What did he have to lose? Nothing.

Feel stupid now, Judge? You should, and you should not be a person in power.

Does the term mentally ill come to mind. The guy is sadistic but not cognitive of his actions and this proves it. He refused the conditions of his bail then disregarded them when it suits him. I could understand or at least rationalize if he had a drug problem since the underlying addiction is there but this guy just doesn't care. In a way he like a lot of people in jail...retarded
