There's a lot more to it than just the "pumpkin run". This dickhead police chief has declared war on anyone that goes downtown on Halloween because he pissed himself when a couple guys tried to revive the mall crawl.
He'll probably be run out of town after he sets the swat team loose on everyone tonight. |
