If the roles were reversed the woman would file for a restraining order and ruin the guys life forever. If your the husband you should file for one immediately. This will help you in the future when it comes to your child and being designated as the primary care taker. You will also receive benefits from the government for school. Trust me I know first hand. Also look into VAWA. Only females have these rights and men do not.

Fact, You are three times more likely to be the victim of shovel related violence if you, or any other person living in or near your home has a shovel. Fact, people with the unfounded opinion that it is their inalienable right to own as many, and or, what ever type of shovels they wish are in serious need of professional intervention.Fact,Those of us with correct thinking regarding how to have a safe society; one free of shovel related violence, should be running the show. After all deciding what is best for the rest of you shouldn't be left to just anyone. That said it is best to leave this to those of us that are real smart, regardless of our level of experience in these matters, or the level of irrational thinking that is so pervasive among us.Just look at what a great job Mr. Obama has done so far. Proof positive, that placing people with little to no experience in a position of great power and trust is the best way to get things done as they see fit. Now for the rest of you. Please, do you expect the rest of us to believe that holding individuals responsible for their actions will result in a safe society? Come now little children; This idea that enforcing existing shovel laws will result in a reduction in shovel violence is just more deluded thinking on your parts.I say close the shovel show loophole now, and end all violence forever with one stroke of Obamas mighty pen. Let's get it done so that he can get back to the ever important business of running around the world apologizing for our sins. We have many nations that still think we might be just a bit too arrogant for their liking.Com bine that with a society that has run amok with shovels, and you end up with a nation of holes. Holes everywhere.Just look around you , holes.

I would have to agree with Scott/Denver! The law does cater to females, especially when it comes to "domestic violence" situations. The cops show and automatically "It's the guys fault" unfortunately women can be much better at playing games than the average dude. Guys; once they get you arguing they have already won, better to walk away whenever possible! Of course, neither party should not be hitting one another with a shovel!

Hey, Chris Brown is looking for a new ho, since Rhiana dumped him. Sounds like they would make perfect couple. Check out Chris's new CD " Beatin' Ho's Up" at your local Sprawl_Mart.

The guy should've never shoved her. I would hope that his mother would not have approved. The thing is this guy probably deserved it for even getting physical with the mother of his children ex or not. And I would go as far as to say that if he was physical with her now than he probably has been in the past. Beware of the raft of a scorned women.

Wow Mike, how profound. What does you post have to do with the story? I don't see where it was reported he shoved her. Did you miss the part where *she* forcefully broke into his house?

When she got herself into knee deep manure, the only way out was with a shovel. Unfortunately, her ex was in the way in his own home when he got hit while she shoveled. I think manure is a polite way of putting this.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Sagittarius

Slow down! You're trying to do too much and it's driving you - and everyone else - up the wall. What's more, if you're in too much of a hurry you'll start to become accident-prone and that will make you even more het up. Try to take any setbacks or domestic mishaps in your stride, otherwise you'll end the day feeling like a nervous wreck.
