I have been fighting this for a year in my neighborhood. Too much noise from loud motorcycle ipes and Motorized scooters (the ones kids stand and ride on).

Email your council person. I have done that and emailed CHP chief, San Jos Polica dept and Sheriff' s dept. Lot was done and lots still to be done. The business in question causing the noise is now doing it more so the DA has gotten envolved too.
