I heard she has herpes and wanted to know before I got involved. Does anyone anything about this?

My name is not Casey it is the person who I was told probably has herpes. I hope not! Does anyone know her?

Yes she does have it. I have a friend she gave it to. She is also a gold digger.

All you have to do is have your lawyer subponea Topix to reveal their real identities, and that solves your problem. I believe it was done awhile back and Topix had to reveal someone because of a lawsuit. Go for it. So childish of someone to get on the internet and make accusations, without revealing their real name. That says something right there. Maybe if they were sued, they would learn a lesson. I have no idea who you are. I just think they are cowards when they run their mouth about someone and then wont say who they are. If you do decide to get an attorney, Good Luck.

Be careful with lawyer and law suites because what they are writing has to be untrue. If you do take this to court you will have to show your medical records.

Which means although this is embarrassing. It is also true. Which means you will have to pay whoever it is for a wrongful suite.

They arent too smart to keep this going are they? It doesnt matter what the Drs write on paper. It is your business and nobody elses. They do not have the right to go around and tell people your business, which is confidential health information. Let them keep talking. It is only going to make it worse on them, and better for you.

You are revealing someones confidential health information, regardless if it is true or not. Do you not understand what can happen to you for doing this? Dont believe me? Call an attorney and ask them,and see what they tell you. It is common sense.

You are not revealing confidential information if you didn't get the information in confidence. It sounds like Ms. Kesling now has her friends or family trying to log on so she can scare the poster and the responders.
There is nothing confidential about who she spreads it to or tells. Actually Ms. Kesling can be sued for not disclosing her disease before having sex with someone. Whoever she passed it to can say whatever they want to who ever they want and post it on the internet if they want as long as it is true. The burden of proof if Ms. Kesling would like to sue would be on her to prove she doesn't have herpes, which she will not be able to do.
Therefore, Ms. Kesling should have thought about not spreading her herpes if she wanted to keep her secret.

I really wish people would grow up and realize that there is more to this life than just trying to insult someone. Put yourself or your child in their shoes.
