Ok, so most VIOLENT CRIME is commited by Blacks and Hispanics. Besides if Blacks and Hispanics make 5% of the local Population but 25% of the prison population technically there are a lot more Blacks and Hispanics in prison.

In the Lebanon Co. jail for the most part there are more spanish and blacks then whites . Like you posted most of the spanish and blacks are in for murder , rape , robbing etc. so they go to the big house . Most whites and in for child support etc.
