Judge it!
i am so happy that the city did somthing about the little dogs,thay was breeding some of them to death, & for what? to make money!to pay for the big nice home, & cars!. i am happy to see now the dogs will be in better homes,
i live only 3 blocks from the home, & at night i could hear the little dogs barking on cold nights!!

Chihuahua Case
A judge in Perryton says the former owner of 106 chihuahuas must pay over $10,000. That's to cover the cost of the city keeping the dogs that were taken from her home on March 25th. via MyHighPlains.com
