missing ky woman in california

I'm wondering if my mother may be in the Oceanside California area. She is from Harlan, Ky. born 1943 name Georgia maiden name Mitchell.

Married name Nolan, last known name, Georgia Nolan.

Disappeared in 1976 after dark on Thanksgiving.

She has four grown children, the youngest born on Oct. 7th of 1976, now 32, six weeks old when mother disappeared.

Around 1995 in Oceanside I met a woman in a gas station and this woman told me she used to know my parents including my mother. She said someone in virgina may know where Georgia is at. I think this was my mother and have thought so for a very long time. I was 18 at the time.

hhmmm,...just read a lil' on google. all i can say she is either not wanting to be contacted. OR,...she was a bicentenial dinner for some wild animal that found her body. tisk, tisk.

I can understand this family and there needs its works on the mind when you haven't never meet your mother or your young and something happens to where you never meet her or see her again I would never give up on her search i think if she was alive she would have contacted the family some how by now i remember this story that came out last year the family including her kids where wondering why in 32 years the husband hadn't never been qustioned wonder why he hasn't thats odd

have you ever qustioned your dad, and alot of us has read well googled her name and read alot about her seems to me her kids and her family have been in alot of grief very sad to me

I've questioned my dad in depth many times. He disowned me over a year ago for asking him questions, he got tired of my bringing her up. He just wanted to forget.

There is no evidence my father committed a crime.

I'm having everything with his name pulled from the internett if need be. I will not allow my father to be harmed.

I don't know what happened to my mother, nobody knows what happened to her for sure but I think surely we can all agree killing someone anyone isn't going to solve anything.

WE must let the law solve this mystery. There's no sense in succumbing to violence. If you want to search for her that's great, but violence as revenge or speaking of violent revenge is not the answer.
