that was my step brother n law and first off that sindy tormina is a cold hearted person and should just stay out of this whole situation, cause if she appearantly knew he was havin a seizure then why didnt she try to help????????? nice to know that she says says there were 6 people watching it from beginning to end and not one of those witnesses tried to help him. sindy is a rude lady and she needs to stay out of it i cant believe you guys interviewed her!!!!!!! R.I.P JOE, you will be loved and never forgotten, we love you

If he was having a seizure, he wouldn't have been putting on the breaks which was the squealing of tires all the other witnesses heard right before he hit the curb. He probably wasn't trying to gt out of the car because of head injury or something. Whoever interviewed that Sindy person should not have highlighted her in the story as if her account was an intellectual conclusion. Fox4 does this a lot. It's ridiculous and misleading.
