Crossroads

Dont really like the place or the people. So i dont go, so if you dont like it dont go. To much drama comes outta of the place and you get a bad rep if you go there. People think your a dope head or running after each others partners. I dont want the rep or the drama from there. I dont like getting hit on and the people working there knowing I'm married and keeps it up. But Hubs is the same way.We need a good clean cut bar in this town with good people running it. Where you can go and have a beer and enjoy it without all the bs of the workers running their mouths about each other and being harrassed by kids who shouldnt be there or dope being passed around but both bars fit the city workers in this town thats why they hang there and they get by with the stuff they do in there.

Nasty. I just heard some of the people that are working there. Are you kidding me??? The majority of them are druggies or they sleep around with whoever will sleep with them. I know now I will never go in there, do not need no disease. And if wanted to look at a dope head could just drive down through town and see that.

It has always been like that, ever since I can remember. Everyone that has worked there, so what is now any different??????

I don't know a lot about the waitstaff or anything but I do know that my family really enjoys the food there. We don't go in to eat we live nearby so we order it and then pick it up and take it home. All I know is that I've always been treated respectfully and kindly there and our food has always been delicious. Also, having a family of five means that eating out can get really expensive but Crossroad's has great prices. We've never once had anything from there that has made us sick, tasted funny or looked bad. It has always been fresh and prepared well (and I am a REALLY picky person). Oh, and it's really easy to see into the kitchen there and the kitchen has always been clean and orderly whenever I've looked in there.

As a disclaimer I should say that I've never worked there, don't know anyone who does work there or has worked there, I do not know the owners and though I do come in there every now and again to pick up food I am not a regular and do not hang out there at all. There, now it can't be said that I'm biased :)

Oh I am sure you either work there or know someone, or you are blind.

Just to be clear, I am not a liar nor am I blind. I have never worked there nor do I know anyone who works there. I am not involved in the politics or the drama there. I call them, order food, go pick it up and go back home. That's it. All I've done is state my opinion, there is no need for childish name calling and the idiocy that you've shown. Grow up. If you can't accept someone's response then don't post. That being said I owe you no further explaination.

Who cares???? If you live in Bonne Terre you know about Crossroads, and I do not believe that any person on here asked another one for an explanation. You need to grow up yourself and stop nit picken.

OK...I've went to Crossroads for about 30 yrs now. I've seen different owners and servers during that time. I enjoy their food, as well as, the good service. That's WHY I go to Crossroads! To enjoy dinner out. I do not care what any of them are doing. Mainly, because it's none of my business. I'm not there to judge any of them, I'm there for a good meal. Period!!!

Yeah there for a good meal, it will be your business when you catch some kind of disease.

I don't know where you get the good service from, but the last time I was in there the loud mouth waitress with the big head, stood and played the lottery the whole time and never once came and checked on our table or any other table that was in there. She is very loud and apparently just wants to be noticed. The food is good if they would get it to you before it gets cold. That was my last trip to the place and I have been going for quite awhile on a weekly basis. The owner needs to screen these people she hires. Awful service.

Oh I know exactly who you are talking about. I think that is the owners daughter, the huge head says it all. Her head is too big for her body, it matches her mouth. I went to school with her she was the same way, big mouth. I quit going in the place when she started working there. Can't stand that voice and listening to her talk about herself.

Psssshhh i hate the place. Who wants to be in a drug addicts kingdom. We are teying to get rid of people like that. Go in there get any pill any smoke any drug you want. Alot of the people working there have been arrested or busted for something. i support small town buisness but not this one. Wish they woukd just got away. They serve alchol til a persons drunk then lets them leave and drive. They shouldnt have a buisness license. Dont get how they are getting by with it. And didnt the owner go to prison before for dope??? Why are dope heads let out and able to open a buisness but honest working people get nothing or no where. Do we all need to be dooe heads like the owner and waitress in this place.

Yeah I think that is how it goes in this town. No one knows how they get by with it. So sad people are like that. I have heard so many bad rumors about the place and I know they can't all be wrong.

As a business owner my self i eat there and rugs i have had my business right behind crossroads steak house for about five years now and i live right by the place i have never seen a fight there inless its on tv and i think to be honest i think there is a lot of trash talking and story telling on here .

Five years..Wasn't your place up on the hill about 2 years ago?? That is nowhere near 5 years. You must be in there at the wrong time because there is constantly a fight in there (weekends), and usually more than one. I don't know how they are still open.

To all of you that have nasty things to say about Crossroads and people in general you need a self check!! You need to look in at yourself instead of being ugly! Lies are not nice to spread. Please pray for your sins. Find good in your life because by reading all this you should ask GOD for forgiveness you will need it

Just had lunch at Crossroads. Great lunch specials, great food, and professional services. Keep the great food coming Patty. We will be back for more.

Love the food don't usually care for the servers.
