I really love and miss Esto. I am from Earl and Sharon Wells era. What a great place it was back then.(50s & 60's)

Esto is a good town it just needs a good mayor with a good staff around (him or her)to get things done no matter who they piss off

Esto just like Bonifay is owned and run by affluent people. Nothing will ever be allowed to move in without lining someone's pocket.

As the holidays near I really miss the good times of "Ole" Esto. Those who shared those times with me know what I am talking about. Campouts at "Steel Bay",peanut boilings, and all the other good times we shared.

Exactly what you would expect from the lower elements of Est. No old timer would ever do such a thing.

Why does it need to be anything else? i lived there before with two kids. As one person already commented, there was plenty to do if you wanted to. Everything in the country doesn't have to be "developed". Leave some places pure. Some people like the bucolic charm of such a place. for those who don't: leave. That's what i did.

No one of my age ever lacked for something to do. We really had fun doing simple things. Swimming in 10 mile creek, hunting, fishing, peanut boilings, etc. What concerns me now is the criminal element that has taken over our beloved hometown. I know of what I speak.
