What a childish game for a so called professional to play. He had to have taken PR signs because I use to see them everywhere but now they are GONE. I had really thought they were gone because Mike A was stopping real estate and running for Circuit Clerk. At least that was the rumor I heard.

If Mr. Bailey truly did this he should resign from being a real estate person. Holmes County Realty will NEVER be like it was when Linda had it and Mr. Bailey is now living proof. Shame, Shame.

He bought the signs. He owned half the company till MR. Alvis started stealing from him. So he went and got his signs. Nothing wrong with that.

Sounds like you KNOW that Bailey got the signs so I guess it is true. Why has MR Alvis not been charged? What about the people that wanted their property sold? I think they are the real victims in this childish game. I agree with Reagt; Shame, Shame on Mr Bailey.

Show me from holmes clerk.com where MR. Bailey has been charged. He would have to sue Alvis to get his money and to sue alvis you have to wait in line plus he owns nothing.

I don't see a crook when I follow In The Knows instructions. I see a divorce and a judgement from some grocery company. Quick call to the courthouse tells me he will be in court for first appearance on March 6th, guess we will know for sure then. My guess is it will still be "Shame - Shame Mr Bailey".

I do see a foreclsoure on some property, a failure to pay alimony (not child support), a dismissal of volience, and a suit where the Rapers did not pay him. In The Know, you have a lot of things backwards. Why such a strong defense for Mr Bailey based on untruths; SHAME SHAME In The Know!

Once again the child support is in Alabama. Do your research better. Next, Mr. Alvis and Ferris ran that scam on everybody jaking prices up on false claims we where getting a wild kingdom in here. They went around and flipped property raising prices of land in the county. Then left everyone in foreclosure status. The Rapers sold there land for like 3 million dollars and didnt get all there money but Im sure he wants comission on all 3 million I wouldnt pay him either. The only stuff he owns Mike Howell has paid for. Well we will see Im sure that bailey owns half of performance realty so if he takes his signs how is that theft?

Even if he did pay for the signs, he is not with that company (reason for leaving does NOT matter) therefore forfits ownership of the signs.Put all the spin you can on it, that is still "theft"

According to your superior theory Linda could come back and take MOST the signs from Holmes County Realty and that would be ok. Whatever the reason for change of workplace does not matter theft is theft. He is not there anymore they are not his to take. If he wants a refund for his $$$$ he should send a bill or sue. It is sad to see an aduld acting so childish....
