Texasdt, perhaps if ANY of the opposing candidates in the GOP primary were able to garner any support from their own party, they might have fared a better chance.

Ralph hall is a self-serving politico who should be retired at first opportunity. He is near senility. just watch for this at a public appearance. I have only witnessed him address a group twice. Both times he was suffering from some kind memory and reasoning problem. Get rid of him. He is a disgrace that he has remained in office much too long. If this the best that can be chosen, democracy is not working.

Ralph Hall can't be bothered with correcting the abuses of the TSA or stopping the tsunami of illegal mexicans coming across our border and the unwanted masses of turd-worlders from Africa/Asia dragging along their whole tribal family and draining our resources, but he's done pretty good at padding his pocketbook with his sweetheart financial deals. Just check out his financial disclosure docs that he's filed with the U.S. House Office of the Clerk:

Ralph Hall is just as worthless as the rest of Congress, he's a swollen tick feeding on Crapitol Hill. There's nothing "honorable" or "esteemed" about the man, he needs to be put out to pasture in 2012.

For anyone who believes Ralph Hall should not be re-elected, that is assuming he is going to seek another term, I would recommend they find someone electable to replace him. So far, over the course of how many terms, and under two parties, no one has been able to do so. There has to be some reason why (a) people keep voting him into office and (b) why no serious contenders can be found to challenge him, as evidenced by Hall's landslide victories in the primaries and the general elections.

I spent my whole life voting for Hall even when he was a democrat. For once I actually needed him for a problem I am having with a fed agency. Not only has he not done anything after 3 letters and 2 phone calls over the last 8 months he has not even had the courtesy to reply in any fashion. Bottom line he is a do nothing old fart doing nothing but taking up space in congress. We need to get rid of him.
