There were men who are just doing their time. The prisoners who started this terrible problem should be ones punished.

i agree with u my brother is just trien to do his time but now hes scared that where the other inmates set fire to nptc that there gonna punish everyone even though he was one of the five hundred that laid down n done what the guards told him to do and then hes still not gettn tge money that we sent to him before the riot broke out
