how do you know every welfare recipient have a dish? do you know everyone in the US who is on welfare and have you driven by everyone of their homes to see if there was a dish installed. Finally did you go into everyone of their homes to see if the dish has been activated so it can be watched?

Because they do... Never understood they say they can't afford food but the dish is affixed on the outside of the project. Really bad in Memphis.

Also, every welfare family member has a cell phone. And not to beat a dead horse... But every person who applies for food stamps is over weight. Come on man...

YES we ARE jealous!!!! I'm jealous because I'm killing myself at work to make the money to pay MY bills and then the state tacs on these extra fees to MY cell phone bill to pay for the welfare cell phones!!! and most of the other bills I have are the same! I'm barely able to pay for what I use, why should i pay for someone to have the same "extras" and they get to lay around the house while I'm working 60+ hours in the heat and cold! SO HELL YES I'M JEALOUS!

and i was at walmart the other day and there were 2 ladies together, pushing 2 carts piled as high as it could be with processed food and snacks! I saw nothing healthy in those carts, believe me i was looking! they were both so large they could BARELY walk and were both leaning on the carts just to stay upright! they were nasty looking and looked like wearing pajamas and house shoes! Paid for everything with a food stamp card! PUT THEM TO WORK! if they go to work, they won't be in the fridge all day, they will lose weight and be a productive part of society and THAT'S what you call helping people, not pay them to keep feeding themselves until they blow up!! what is wrong with this world?

Food stamps should only be used for necessities!! That does not mean pop,chips,candy,cookies or toys!!

Every person who are on food stamps are overweight? How do you know what every person looks like on food stamps?

I did see a piece on the news where people were standing outside a foodbank with their cells and those little handgames and listening to music with their Ipods. The news guy talked to a few of them and they said yeah they had to have their music and games and phones so "peoples gots to keep in touch wit they family". So there you have it. I see people in Walmart laid up on their baskets too and I think well must not be any mechanical carts left.

Even worse they'll have a heart attack and we (taxpayers) will be the ones paying their doctor bills too. Better wake up and get all of these liberals out of office.

When your on welfare you can't work, so all you have to do is watch TV, (thus the Dish) and eat junk food because it is easier than cooking. (takes away from TV time)

People on welfare CAN work it doesn't make them all lazy and fat. That's just assuming things about millions of people you've never met. I had a cell phone while on welfare why because I needed it for dr appointments etc. How can you get in touch with a dr or police for emergency with no phone? Dish wise its not needed its an accessory internet is also needed for online classes working online etc.

Doesn't everyone love a broken record troll. My building has a bunch of dishes since its a Victorian. I hate watching TV, dish is too expensive and just a waste of time to me.
