I just heard on the news about a week ago that 70 percent of blacks will be on welfare at some point in their life. The percentage for whites was 30. I knew that blacks would have the higher percentage but I was suprised the percentage was that high.

Stop commenting you are just showing your ignorance once again. I need to research again, maybe you will comprehend it this time (but I doubt it). The US Population for whites is in the 70 percentaile, for blacks it is in the 20 percentaile. Therefore since the white pop. is over 3 times more than the blacks pop., it shows more whites are on welfare when you compare the two. Now for the part I am sure you are unable to understand. Like I stated before research shows when you look and the just the black population 70% of them are on welfare, just whites is just 30%. I don't know how old you are but I think my 5th grade could understand this. Btw, I don't know one white person who has had a baby by their brother or sister. But from the black threads on here, I do know that ya'll don't know who your baby's daddy is most of the time.
