I didn't mind the food there, but the place never seemed to be very busy. I sure don't want yet another empty / abandoned / failed business in our town. Especially right there by the interstate, where it's the first thing one sees when coming into town.

When it first opened, I liked going there. But then the quality of the food, the atmosphere and the service began to go downhill.

In my opinion, it could have remained open if management had paid more attention to what was happening there and made a serious effort to correct the problems.

The location is good, and the only serious competition is several miles away. People in this area like seafood... maybe a Long John Silver will open there with good management.
much thanks

Just like everything else that opens up here. I have seen it over and over. So depressing.

All the restaurants struggle here because the only help they can get is wise azz ghetto teens. Even the better places are starting to take them on and they too are headed to closure. No one can get an order right here in this town. With Sharecropper closing, it's getting worst. I agree Captain D was the worst one here, but in other towns it is good. Why's that?
