I am positive they have the answers to all those questions already. If they were 5% as smart as my new buddy JR they would not have embarked on this adventure without some supplies, let alone a first aid kit.

The agreement also openned the door that should an interchange be built there, that the property holders would split the construction cost of the interchange. I should mention before you start I have no interest in seeing pictures of other things you have built, etc, etc. You are the pros here. Lets start acting like it.
naw they wont like me and I would be another bone of contention in the high dollar world of TI developments.
