this man got a dui,first offense,when to classes,but was on probation for assult from 3years ago,took a plea so he would not have to keep going to court and losing time from work,the assult came from him someone that tryed to hurt his child,anyway goes to court,has to pull 11/29 with no work release,he wants to work so his wife and 2 kids don,t lose there home,his wife has a SERIOUS HEALTH problem that keeps from her working,and does get ssi,or anything yet,why does the court want not let him work? don,t know what to do/really LOST!!!!
