Angelica would you believe that we California passed a law, last July 08, of no talking on the phone while driving, and another law for text messaging. Our governer Arnold S. published on the media, but its not enforced to the point, that I still see people in violation of a fine. California needs money lets do it CHP officers.

Did you even read this story?! If I were a betting person, I'd lay a whole year's wages that's a NO.

The driver wasn't drunk, wasn't on drugs, and WASN'T TALKING OR TEXTING ON HIS PHONE!!!

It's really too bad you can't get the facts before you run your mouth.
