club 7 fitness scam

Looks like Matt removed another thread. It must be tough keeping an eye on this all the time huh? Probably not alot to do when your new gym flopped.

Somebody needs to contact the site administrator. There has not been anything that breaks the board rules, so obviously somebody has found a way to delete the Club 7 posts to protect Matt. This forum allows the people of Blue Springs to voice their opinions about Club 7, and protect others from losing their hard earned money. Club 7 is knowingly stealing from people, and the truth needs to be heard.

Keep deleting it Matt. More people in Blue Springs know who you are, and what kind of person you are than you think. Your members are talking amongst themselves and you can't stop people from spreading the word. You can't hide from it Matt. Word of mouth can make or break you, and since you are not a good person, word of mouth is going to break you.

If people only knew the 10's of thousands of dollars that Matt Inman has packed his nose with coke. That's all the you guys need to know. If you want to know why Club 7 isn't done yet, it's because all the money went up the owners' noses.

Well it looks like my posts were conveniently deleted. Just like others I'm not going away. I used to workout at Ladies Workout Express, and when they closed down Matt Inman came to our gym and promised us that he would buy our equipment from Linda (owner) and build us our own "ladies" workout room in his "new gym".
Well come to find out he has our gym equipment listed on craigslist for sale. He obviouly lied to all of us women just to get our business, and once we signed up he decides to sell our equipment from underneath us.
Like others I was warned about Club 7 and Matt Inman, but I fell for the sales act. I didn't listen, and now I'm sorry, so I'm on here to warn others before they make the same mistake.

Why is nobody working on the new club??? I drive by on a daily basis to see if there is progress, and there is either NOBODY in there working, or only one guy. Are you kidding me?? Your members are getting more upset by the day. Your going bankrupt aren't you??

Since you keep lying to everybody. Let's just keep track. Shall we??

Without giving out names, I will just personally let everyone know that this club has been in discussions with an equipment company but has still not ordered any. They have HUGE financial issues and have literally screwed everyone that has come in their paths. With that being said, they have really managed to mess up any chance of this town ever trusting them. Look out for these people, they have no money!

I signed up for Club 7 last Feb. I was told it was going to open in April/May. Then it got delayed to September. and well it's now the middle of Nov. and it's still not open. It drives me crazy how they don't even say anything to their members, it's not like there is a whitebord stating the new 'propsed' opening date or anything. Every time I call to ask about the opening, the girls won't say anything and always want to have Matt call me back. There is something so FISHY about that. I can't wait to cancle my membership in Feb. I doubt the new club will even be open by then.

Luckily I saw the writing on the wall months ago. Empty promise after empty promise. Not only that the more I learned about the people running it, the farther and faster I wanted to run. I'm so glad I got out of that fiasco over there. I still don't think it will open. Everybody around Blue Springs knows they are broke. I left and have not looked back. I imagine many others will follow suit once their contracts are up.

Nobody working today. Big surprise.

What I don't understand is why the members of this shady operation don't just confront Matt Inman about their concerns, like when is the new gym opening, what's an estimated timeframe on opening day? He HAS to be at the gym, so why not just confront him...don't go through the front desk. Someone there has to have the answers!!! What happen to Mr. Big shot that wrote on the forum about how they have their sign up now and doesn't everyone wish they were a part of the business?? I'd say that's a big fat hell no!!!! Who cares if the sign is up? And I bet the person they were referring to is laughing their ass off about now!! Maybe if you sold your BIG FAT sign, you might have enough money to...well probably not!!! You are TOO far in debt...blue springs run for another gym, this one is a sham!!!!

I really hope people reading this don't waste their money by buying a membership there. If it does every get open, which I doubt, it will not be open for long.

Well today they have ONE guy in there working. At this pace Club 7 Fitness should be open by August of 2010!! LOL!

As if this catastrophy isn't bad enough as it already is (one year in the making). They can't afford to buy new equipment, so their so called "state of the art" gym will be filled with the old equipment from the other gym. So basically you get a new gym with same old crap they have on Woods Chapel. So what exactly will members be getting out of this, other than a much worse location???

I can't imagine how much they will have to charge for memberships once they do open just to pay their bills. I'm assuming it will be around $50 a month for just one person. If not they have no chance of surviving.

I'm curious if you or anyone else might have heard anything about what will happen to the old building? I chose Club 7 because of its location on the west side of Blue Springs but if it moves to this new building out on 7 I might as well go somewhere else, possibly back to the Y. I can't imagine that I'm the only one.

No John, you are not the only one. The new location is in such financial trouble, they are having to have an outside investor come in and help finish the gym. Plus, the owners of the building are having to fork out more money(they have already spent over $300,000) just to make sure they get this place open. All because someone got alittle greedy and went overboard on some outrageous mezzanine that they just HAD to have!!! "State of the Art", right guys? They are going to be in such debt that it will take a fortune from the members just to keep this place running. If you ask me, I would consider staying clear of this mess!!

They are closing the Woods Chapel location. If you go to Missouri Casenet you can see the lawsuit the landlord has against them that started in Feb. due to breach of contract. I think there is an eviction notice now. You will have to search under Matt Inman or Jeremy Hull to find it.

They even advertised as a "dual club membership" and lied to everybody about having two clubs. This is false advertising and makes all the contracts they sold null and void.

What a cluster F*#$*!!!!! Keep spreading the word to stay clear of this disaster!

We need to figure out better ways to reach the people of Blue Springs before they get screwed out of alot of money. It doesn't seem like very many people visit this forum. He lied to me when I came over from Ladies Workout Express and I want to make sure everybody in this town knows that he is a liar and theif!
