Turbo KickTM combines today’s hottest music with up-to-date kickboxing techniques for a fun-filled and entertaining workout. This 60-minute cardio workout consists of several sections of punching and kicking combinations and is highlighted by a signature Turbo section. Turbo KickTM is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level and at any time to participate and custom tailor their workout. Turbo KickTM is a total body workout experience, therefore each class concludes with leg strength and endurance drills, ab work, and flexibility stretching.
