Son told suspects not to hit father
The son of an Easton man who died from injuries he suffered during a street fight in downtown Palmerton last year testified Thursday that he warned his attackers his father had a heart problem, but they started ...

Put these little dirt-bag wannabe gang-bangers away for life. Worthless pieces of crap.

Well, I don't think they're going to do a lot of laughing, maybe a lot of "squeeling".

Has this made a change in Palmerton? I know it has made a large change in the Higgins Family. Apparently Mr Higgins realized he needed help from other sources but it was too late. The teenagers were under the influence of alcohol but what was Roscioli's excuse for not thinking clearly?

People absolutely make me sick - I don't know what it is that makes people think they have the right to do whatever whenever they want. These guys are animals and I hope once in prison someone beats them mercilessly like they beat that old man. People like this have no fear and that is what is scary

what is wrong with you scumbags! come to bangor IF you ever get out of jail

hey mom and dad YOU should pay for the funeral, but your just as worthless i'm sure..

Well, at least these thugs will be off the streets for awhile.

its a shame that a Marine Vet cmes home from Vietnam only to be killed by worthless dosrespectful scumbags years later because they think its cool and they are tough to beat up an older man with a heart condition.
You guys make me sick. You deserve nothing less than death yourself. To The Higgins family, I am sorry for your loss. May God Bless you. To Mr Higgins. From one Marine to another Semper Fi!!! Heaven is now your post guard it well. |

These scumbags deserve nothing but life in prison. They should never see the light of day. may they rot in hell.
My sympathies to the Higgans family. |

Prison is way too good for these thugs. I just don't understand all the hurting of other people that goes on in this world. I'm sure it was hard for the son to re-live this over and over. Very sad.

I hope these worthless punks go away for a long, long time. And I hope their cellmates think they have a real purdy mouth.

If anything these idiots should be sent to Iraq, as sniper decoys.

Maybe I read the article too fast, but I didn't see anything about the teenagers being under the influence of alcohol If they were, it's a shame that you see that as being an 'excuse' for 'not thinking clearly.' My sympathies to the family. |

It's a shame that the youth of this country have no regard for anything or anyone. They have not learned respect...it's digusting....this man served in the Vietnam War...these kids do not have a clue...send them over to Irag....let them see what violence is really like....those people over in Irag have no respect for human life just like these scumbags.

Why is it so hard for parents to take an interest in raising their children. That's why the world is the way it is. I blame the children but, I feel alot of blame goes to the parents. I see this all the time. What is so hard to raise children today with morals and values of respect???? My heart goes out to the Higgin's Family and especially to the son who had relive the worst the day of life.

These punks were drunk (according to earlier m.c. accounts), disrespectful and violent. I hope they get what they deserve.
Sincere condolences to the Higgins family. |

What in the world was Higgins doing out of his car in the first place? There is mention of a piece of candy thrown at his car...did he get out and make a big scene about that?
I'm not saying that the guys who beat him up are in any way justified--they deserve to do some prison time! But for Pete's sake...if someone throws something at my car, I'm not going to get out and start arguing with them! If I think it did damage I might stop to find out who they are so that they can pay for it...but he had his son with him--he should have flashed his lights and tapped his horn to indicate that he needed to stop. |

I hope they get sent to a state prison, then they can be some lifers girlfriend.

Thanks Mrs. Cleaver, that's exactly how the world works here in PA. He would politely ask for the kids address & phone #, and they would just hand it right over. |
|
Can you even imagine how the family members are feeling. Everyday the son is sitting around, unable to sleep..thinking over and over...shoulda coulda woulda....tehn you come along....why don't you look him up and slap him around for awhile....he might need it...you know....like your comment |
