You can't say 100% that he didn't touch pot. You are not him and you do not know for sure. It's speculation. You are a liar when you say he didn't sell because you, MS, told the police he sold for you. You are such a liar. It's all on the police report which I have quoted for you. Also, if someone has drugs in their hands and hands it to another person that is a drug deal. That person is a drug dealer so call it as it is. From the police report, "The former roommate of the victim, M.S., reported to officers that he had arranged in early January to sell marijuana to Nicholas Kennedy at the victim’s residence on Centennial Circle in Farmington. M.S. stated that he had asked the victim to make the transaction rather than himself, and that the victim had done so."

Cody-this is your sister. They each took on different roles and maybe some more severe than others, but as a whole they are all responsible for taking part in what happened. I believe they all should serve some sort of punishment for doing their part. Put yourself in the victims shoes or in his parents shoes. It's an aweful thing that happened and it happened over something so stupid. Nick is now serving a long sentence and I'm sure the victims family doesn't think it's enough punishment and we think it's too long. The courts decided it is what it is and we can't do anything about it. With an event like what happened it is fair to say that all persons involved should get some sort of punishment for their role. To walk away with nothing while this guy is permanently damanaged is not fair. Look at the big picture and how this act has hurt another human being. It's just too bad that everybody couldn't walk their seperate ways and keep the peace.
