What a great idea. Good to see a article positive about teenagers. But, 10 to 1 some damn bureaucrat will stick his/her nose in and find a way to screw thing up; taxes, environmental, or some other nonsense. I' afraid they'll run afoul somewhere.
I don't think there is any thing good about the proposal to lend the high school students $28000 to turn them into butchers. It would be different if the money was lent to people to produce who understand how milk is produced to create a profit venture. America is in depression. I've proposed a venture for starting a goat milk venture for which I need $100,000. I did not understand that the students would be using the building owned by Indiana distict. I could use the Building owned by the Indiana school district. But I'd still need to be able to have refrigeration equipment and to empty it into the truck of the Milk company or my own van to deliver milk to the Milk company. I can't do with $28000. I'm desperate. If $26,000 is the limit I'd accept it and start with $28,000.
