Your best bet is to keep quiet and postpone this as long as you can, maybe things will get better from a federal standpoint. You cannot win this case at the federal level, you may get lucky and only do 18ish months in a federal prison camp, Charles Lynch received 366 days, now is not the time fight, no matter how strong you believe in the cause and you can take that to the bank. Make the best plea deal you can, do lots of research.
