Since Being Arrested Doug Has Gotten To Give No Statement To A Attorney Or Anyone Else. The Family Has Tried Countless Times To Get Public Defender, Mr.A Kennedy To Contact Doug. He Has Info To Prove He Did Not Get Diclose Some Very Important Info As Of This Date.

I think both sides of the story should come out before the trail as to give both a chance to prove whether story is as it seems.

Since my brother has been arrested he has had no contact with his public defender to tell him of places where other video is and people that seen them together. But if public defender waits until too close to court date this info will not be used at trail or date of trail would have to be prolonged. The whole Family has attempted to contact Public Defender with no results. That means months after being arrested still no chance to speak with a attorney.

My brother has spoken now with the public defender.Maybe now both sides of story will come out.If they will question people at motel they stayed at. And look at video At different places of them together while they where traveling.Also look at credit card purchases and see if items sound like they are for a kidnap victim.

I would love for other people to comment on being arrested and put in the public eye for something that you have not been proven guilty of. This is how peoples lives are ruined by someone making false accusations, or not telling both sides of story for people to decide whether they should first be proven to have done crime.This could happen to anyone that their wife accuses them of something and the press gets ahold of before a trail.

I think it should be that publicity should be controlled until person is proven guilty.

Maggie There Is Video In Stores that the two of them went to and witnesses at motel that they stayed at and who signed in to motel not only together but did wife ever go to motel office by herself to sign in to stay longer,leaving the alleghed kidnapper in the motel room by himself and walking quite a distance to and from room.And going out to eat almost everyday and driving to same restaraunt at least 2 hrs. away and talking with people when alleghed kidnapper is not present?Sound guilty to you?

Does a wife that has been getting same divorce for five years suddenly make up mind to stop dragging husband back and fourth?Or is there more to this story that will have to come out in court.

I would do whatever i have to do to get someone to listen, if it were my brother. i would make sure that the witness and the store video was looked over not just what they reported on.they said on news that he was at the atm the rest of video in store may show them in seperate parts of store.

If You know that it will it would be in both of there best interest to be honest, there are concequences for lying under oath.
