Jury seated in Garcia trial

A jury was seated less than an hour ago in the double murder trial of Frank Garcia, and Judge Frank Geraci told News 10NBC moments ago opening statements will be Monday morning at 9:30. Garcia is the Hamlin man charged with killing Randal Norman and Mary Silliman in the parking lot of Lakeside Hospital on Valentine's Day.

Damelio trying to get tv time? He still has a pending case with Pignato at the end of the month. Pignato and Joseph are in the same correctional facility. Chance? NOT!!! Is Pignato turning state's evidence against Joseph in the Rahn trial in order to avoid the second trial?
