I feel sorry for this kid. His father is a frustrated drummer who doesn't have the chops, so he props the little lad up behind the kit and tells him to thump away. The music people associated with him all owe daddy a favor and are selling their credibility trying to make a few dollars off the little guy. The sad truth is he can't play (yes I've heard him and I'm a professional teacher with 20 years experience) and most of the stuff on the release is hype. A prodigy, by definition, is a child who precociously acquires a skill on par with the best adult masters. This little guy can't even reach the kick pedal so it is abusrd to claim prodigal talent. If his father leaves the kid alone, he just might be a great drummer. If he doesn't, he'll probably give up when he gets old enough to realize his father is a two-bit Barnum.

I have been playing drums for 25 years and for you to say you have 20 years experience ? Experience of being jealous! Another musician who never made it. He's three years old! By the way he does reach the pedal, he even plays double bass on one of the videos. So washed up crack head, tell us who you really are; because a drummer you are not! A real jealous loser who has no talent, or loved ones, that's who you are. I think the dad is cool. Just like Tiger Woods' father did for him. Just checked with a blog trace company and I found out that "Real Drummer" is really Joe Chila from JCs drums in Rochester , Michigan. His website is www.jcsdrums.com . Joe ,I have been in many circles with you for years. I can't believe you would stoop so low to write that blog. It's amazing how you can track a blog and find out who it is. I just want the readers who have never heard of you, to meet Joe Chila.And Joe, you and I know your not a very good drummer, the kid is better than you.

If the person who posted those comments above was really a drumming teacher, they would know that this kid is a prodigy and that his talents are unreal! You have to be either really jealous or really unstable to make comments about a child. Do you not have anything better to do with your time? Maybe if your lucky, the little drummer will be nice enough to give you some drumming lessons. Obviously you do not have children, but if you do, I feel really bad for them! Growing up with a father you like you might cause some very serious damage for their futures. GET A LIFE!

Who knows, maybe the kid could be great but right now it sounds like standing over a drum kit on a ladder and dropping a handful of marbles.

Its pretty clear his talent or ability are far above and beyond ANY other 2-3 year old. Obviously He's not competing with Tommy Lee in a drum off, but take a look at what other kids from age one to 10 can do on drums....not much, so to pick at some one that young is rediculous, and the fact remains this kid has supporters and fans, people dont get behind a fraud.

I got that book, and I checked out the article, and ive read these posts.....WOW! "REAL DRUMMER" mentioned the word "father" three times!!!! I'm thinking that REAL DRUMMER had some kinda unholy man on man crush on the father, Bernie Julian, and it can be so tough to find out that a guy you want and crave is not gay..... So you lash out and what you cant have! This whole thing reminds me of when I was seven and I was at the movies and I had to pee, and that darn bathroom had but only one urinal open and it was one of those high ones that was tough to reach yer thing to, and I was peeing and I looked over at the guy next to me peeing, and ya know his thing was alot bigger than mine, and it made me mad, so I told everyone that he was looking at my thing so hed get in trouble cause I didnt like his being bigger ya know, thats kinda how this sounds to me

SOUTHFIELD, Mich.-- Two Southfield, Mich., businessmen are suing a Knoxville company and its owner, claiming breach of contract, fraud and conspiracy for soliciting investors to develop technology for a social networking Web site and then profiting from the operation by cutting out the investors.

Ari Kresch and Paul Bensman of Oakland County, Mich., filed suit against Bijan Moradi and Bemote Technologies Inc. of Knoxville in Oakland County Circuit Court on May 1.

Kresch and Bensman also sued Michigan company My Harmonie Inc., Brian Pastoria of Detroit, Mark Pastoria of Detroit, John Danner and Bemote LLC, a Gainesville, Fla., limited liability company. The defendants could not be reached for comment.

The plaintiffs claim Moradi and Pastoria were promoting an Internet social networking concept called Bemote, where users could upload personal content like music, videos and photographs that could be shared with other users through social networking sites.

Bemote was marketed to advertisers as having technology that would let the Web site’s operators acquire information on the users that advertisers would want.

In soliciting investors for the project, Moradi and Pastoria contacted the plaintiffs, who together formed My Harmonie Inc. to own the Bemote technology and intellectual property and receive funds to develop the Web site, according to the suit.

Kresch agreed to loan up to $200,000 to My Harmonie through a revolving line of credit and Bensman invested $4,000. Their lawsuit says Kresch is owed $158,000 plus interest he invested from the line of credit.

Kresch and Bensman also are each seeking some $100,000 in damages from Moradi, who, according the suit, also is known as Hojat Moradi, Brian Pastoria, Mark Pastoria, Danner, Bemote LLC and Bemote Technologies.
