And how do they expect the rest of the citizens to obey the laws when lawmakers act like this?

So when will we hear a tearful confession of all the problems leading up to this third DWI and asking the public to give yet another chance. Get some real help, not some guy your friends with who is a doctor signing off that you received treatment. Time to wake up to reality.
