I can tell you just from reading this article that Terence put the gun up to the other mans face. You can usually tell when someone is lying when they're defiant about something. Also the other man wouldn't have said anything if the gunpoint wouldn't of happened, even if the scared guy would of punched Terence, so what, Terence wasn't supposed to be there in the first place and puppies are dead. Those dogs won't have lives, itshould be treated as if Terence killed seven human babies in my opinion.

I agree, also. But sadly the courts can't do this. Best alternative is max jail time and take all his guns away. He should also be fined to the max with the money donated to ASPCA.

Shooting the dogs is the least of his problems.

Amber, the guy shouldn't have been waving a pistol around and he should not have used it on the dogs, but get a grip, they're dogs, not human babies. I just don't get it when the public gets so worked up over dogs (like the golden retriever shot in WI a few months ago) but don't seem to get as worked up over actual human tragedies that are also in the news every day.

Remember last year when the young military woman wanted to bring the dog back from Iraq? Money poored in and she got to break military regulations without repercussions because of the media exposure. Meanwhile, that money could have been used to help alleviate human suffering.

I think Kate, Hammerhead, and Hannah belong in the clink for talking that s**t. I have dogs and they are a part of my family, not just dogs. First a dog, then next time it will be a person.

I will say a prayer that mister Schwartz finds a grave real soon..The world will be better when he is gone..I will make it two prayers, hopefully they will come true...
No space on this planet for people like that..
The real truth of this matter is that when he passes on, he won;t be missed by anybody - and they would probably be able to have his entire funeral in a phone booth.
Poor Terencce Schwartz - he was a piece of ++**, and everybody hated him, even his family didn't show up for the funeral..I can't wait to read that in the paper..
I will Pray

How about letting me have custody of that stupid F**K for let's say one hour. He thinks he's a tough guy? I'd make him wish he was dead.

I think people get worked up over animals being abused because an animal's love is non-judgmental whereas people will stab you in the back.
