Missing Garberville man's truck found near human remains

That's sad, but at least it appears that he did what he wanted to do.

We (the readers) don't know what he wanted to do. The info is not available yet. I guess it would depend on the evidence and autopsy results what really happened. But even that could be off by a mile.

At least there is a break in the case. The family needs answers, and hopefully this will bring some. May not be what they wanted to result, but at least there is something. SO sad.

i wonder if times standard likes to with hold info....cus they missed a big part in there story here--like how they found the truck a week before they found this body-took the police a week to go back and do a search- and they also didnt put the truck on a trailer when they took it out they drove it and didnt even fingerprint when 4 all they new this man could have been murderd-then i also heard the picked up a hitch hiker along the way when getting his truck to garb...when a sheriff was following sams truck to town as the other sheriff was driving the truck!--why didnt the hitch hiker go in the other sheriff car--not the truck that was under investigation--.and heard the police where making jokes over the scanner like drive really fast in the truck and we could look like this is a chase!--**** have some manners---like this was a joke the man was missing 6 months---its a big deal!!!!----pist-----

How do you know all this? Man, you are pissed. If some of this is true, they got some 'splanen to do. Whats up with the hitch hiker? The cop probably joked to him about how "he's riding in a dead guy's truck". Hope the fam is as "pist" as you.

i would like to send to the family of this murdered victim my sympathys go out to you. i hope that you get a better investigation on the officers on this case and some justice for your loved one.....this place is becoming more of a murder and dissappearance families that dont get a proper investigation for the victims family....my cousin Bobby Tennison went to humboldt county to do some remodeling work in january 2009 and has not ever been heard from since....and as a family we never got the proper investigation, the officer investigating just acted like the ones that were possibly involved were telling him the truth, so they do protect their own residents......so i pray that you do get what your family needs...good luck and dont stop until you get it.sheri
