Gas exploration rules fuel lawsuit

I wish i had mineral rights on my deed. this is BS. If you have mineral rights deeded to your property, you should be able to reap those rewards. your neighbor should have no input on how you produce your income provided you do it correctly and under the guidelines of the energy department.

These townships need to wake up! Let 'em find some oil or gas. Why should the board of supervisors regulate everything that happens in the township. Issue them a permit and let them dig. If the company was nocking on their door, Im sure they would be running to answer it with their hand out.
