Child porn is the charge

the guy is worthless but the mother is probably what caused his problems. Somebody planted porn on his computer in his bedroom? OK.

WOW.. talk about a parent in denial. "He doesn't do these type of things..." Yea right.. he was convicted of child rape.. yet he doesn't do those things.

Wow mommy has a severe case of denial. Denial is the one thing that keeps these guys on the street and able to offend because someone knows what they are but is in denial.

I remember a guy in dalton getting time for the 11 year old girl but I thought it was in the late 90's like 97-98? Is it possible the eagle screwed up the date? Anyone know this guy or what he looks like?

This guy is the exact reason why I would suggest any woman who is eligable to get a firearms liscense. You need to be able to protect your family against scum like this.

Of course she is going to defend her son, who would want to believe that someone that is that close to them, especially your child, could participate in such horrible behavior? I am sure she is in shock and denial is very normal for someone to feel. That being said if he is a pedophile they should lock him up and throw away the key. There are no reparations or retributions for such a crime. You can rehabilitate someone wired like that. He should never see the light of day, except through barred windows.

This man lives right next door to 2 young children. One of which is a female close in age to the one he raped. Where is the justice? How is he allowed to live anywhere NEAR children after raping an 11 year old?

I believe most upstanding citizens wouldn't have a clue or for that matter reason of intent on how to locate and disseminate child porn on or off the computer.

Now since Mr. Lealon Russell is a convicted child rapist, it is conceivable that he might be convicted of these charges. That said, he is only accused at this point, I would highly recommend Ellen Russell seek not just an attorney but a dam good one. I do not know either Ellen Russell or her son.

What does puzzle me, is why any pedophile on or off parole can have a computer in the first place, Far more of a concern is the cable providers and Internet servers that could do more to make sure such material is not disseminated over the Internet!

I'm guessing you are NOT an attorney. Did you ever hear of censure? What concerns me more than censure at this point is the fact no one is saying anything about a 3 yr old child that could possibly be identified with some help from the (hello!)FBI! I do understand how you feel though. Not nearly enough is done to help protect our children from these monsters.

Why doesn't he have to be listed as a scheduled 3 sex offender? He's raped an 11 year old, I can't find him on the sex offender website!!!

Denial is a huge part of the problem with families of pedophiles. Hey, it can be a big problem for those of us who have survived their abuse, too. Please, someone, tougher laws for these sick people. They don't have the capacity to care about the rights of others, we must limit their rights to prevent more damage!

I am with judge judy's point of view. These people have a connection problem in their brains. They need to be either locked up for life (which according to Judge Judy is ridiculous for then the tax payers are burdened more) or put to death (which is her view) For it is a problem with there brains, their chemical brain make up, something isn't programmed right. But if you hurt a child in this monsterous way it is proven rehabilitation does NOT work. It is proven after our country spending billions of dollars a year for these sicko's rehabilitation ,it is proven they re-offend-hurting and damaging yet another child.They should be put to death.

Those poor children...A 3yr old? That is some sick s**t..Throw away the key on him, let the boy's in the big house take care of the rest..Hopefully they can track down this 3yr old in the video's and put a stop to the abuse!

So this guy was convicted of raping an 11 year old, how much time did he do? When did he get out? Shouldn't he still be in jail? Where are all the details about this situation because it's pretty important to the story. This guy needs to be put in jail, have the guards "accidental" leave him in an room with the other inmates and let justice be served.

What street does this guy live on? I have family with young children in Dalton and I want to make sure he's no where near them!
