Tobyhanna Township Interstate 80 Reopens After Two Trucks Collide

Interstate 80 in Monroe County reopened around 5 a.m. Monday after being shut down Sunday night because of an accident involving two tractor-trailers in a construction zone. via The Morning Call

If the roads would be fixed prooperly the first time, there would be no need for constant reconstruction. In that part of PA, there are two seasons...winter and construction!
