Does it really matter if he was driving with a cell phone or not? The situation was equally dangerous either way! Even if the driver was distracted earlier during the school bus incident the parking lot/road rage attack appears to be very intentional which was not called for even if the FedEx driver was upset with him.

slc512,
Eat **** and die. If some woman was stupid enough to allow your genes into the pool and have kids with you, how would you feel if some a-hole ran your kid(s) over at a bus stop?
The guy (whose name is obviously Italian, not Hispanic, not that it matters except to point out what an idiot you are) deserves credit for acting as a Good Samaritan and getting this POS off the streets.

Why would he tell the driver he is calling the police? Maybe just to provoke him? I'm sure when it comes time to testify the security gaurd friend will be forgetful, I mean after all he saw what the suspect did to the victim for calling the police. I'm sure testifying against him will provoke an even more outragous crime. Good luck fellas. Next time let the police do the job.

Yes it does matter because we don't like when people drive while on the phone. And if you don't agree don't post with us. By the way next time you go to Jersey, talk on the cell phone while driving because the police there are handing out prizes to those that can. Hope you win, Good Luck!

This just made me think of a line from Kindergarten Cop - "You're not so tough without your car, are ya?"

Righteous punishment would be that the victim gets his two chances to make this goof a hood ornament.
