Not necessarily true. Even after the person is fired/terminated for cause, they get a hearing. During that hearing, the hearing officer can still award unemployment benefits to the person. Seen it done many times.

When this compliant was filed Law had not decided to get in politics, I wonder if he or Enfinger would do it again. Small communities like Early County make it very difficult to get involved. It is a lose/lose issue for all
people who try to get involved and serve the community
